SGT Solutions is a subsidiary of African Equity Empowerment Investments (AEEI), who acquired 100% of the shares in the company from Saab South Africa on 28 February 2019. AEEI is a black-owned and black-controlled investment holding company in South Africa and is listed on the Johannesburg Securities Exchange.
